Live and Play in this year round retreat in this magnificent open concept desgin home on beautiful lake Wabamum, it is located just 45 minutes away from edmonton. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the birds singing or sitting in your own hot tub, watching the sun rise over the lake.

Wabamum lake is know for it`s great summer and winter fishing. It is a very clean lake with little algae, great for swimming.

There is a cottage in the back that is perfect for the kids or extra guests! It has 2 bedrooms and a living area that is fully furnished and will be staying, thers is also a storage shed attached to the cottage. The decking connects the cottage to the house and wraps around the front and ends with a hot tub. We will be leaving the 120 ft treated dock and boat launch perfect for the boating family.

There is a crusher cone fire pit located at the bottom of the yard just feet behind the beach and lake. The lot has been kept in ammaculate shape with lush green grass...
